We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. All of our jewelry comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects.

WHAT'S COVERED

If there's an issue with the craftsmanship or materials, we'll repair or replace your piece at no charge. This includes:

• Clasp or closure malfunctions
• Plating or finish defects
• Structural issues with the materials

What's Not Covered

Our warranty doesn't cover:

• Normal wear and tear from daily use
• Scratches, dents, or scuffs
• Damage from accidents, improper care, or misuse
• Lost or stolen items
• Alterations or repairs made by other jewelers

Making a Warranty Claim

If you notice a defect, just reach out to us at info@thevelm.com with photos and your order details. We'll take care of you and let you know the next steps. 

After One Year

Even after your warranty expires, we're here to help. Contact us about any issues and we will do our best to resolve them.
