SHIPPING & RETURNS

How We Ship
VELM orders ship via standard U.S. flat-rate shipping, with delivery typically arriving within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Orders exceeding $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
Getting Your Order Ready
We'll carefully prepare your jewelry within 1-2 business days (we're closed weekends and holidays). Once it ships, you'll get an email with tracking info so you can follow along. Processing times may vary during peak periods, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.
International Orders
VELM ships to select countries worldwide. International shipping options and delivery estimates are available at checkout.
Duties and import taxes are included at checkout for eligible destinations, so there are no additional charges upon delivery. Delivery times vary by destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If it's not quite right, you can return any unworn, undamaged piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What We Need
- The jewelry should be unworn and in the same condition you received it
- Please include all the original packaging and paperwork
- For eligible U.S. returns, VELM will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or style, you may initiate a return within 14 days and place a new order for your preferred item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or there's a defect, reach out within 48 hours with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund—and we'll cover all the shipping costs.
Starting a Return or Exchange
Just email us at returns@thevelm.com with your order number. We'll walk you through the process and give you a return authorization number.
Custom Pieces
Custom or personalized pieces can't be returned unless there's something wrong with them.
