GENERAL CARE
- Handle your jewelry with care.
- Remove during physical activity or manual work.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that may scratch the surface.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry at the beach, in swimming pools, or in hot tubs.
- Keep your jewelry away from intense heat and extreme temperature changes.
MAGNETS
- Some VELM products contain strong magnets that may interfere with medical devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and other implanted electronics. Individuals with such devices should ensure the product is kept at a safe distance.
- Additionally, keep the product away from electronics, credit cards, and other items sensitive to magnetic fields, as magnets can cause data loss or malfunction.
Cleaning your jewelry
- To clean your jewelry, mix lukewarm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Soak for a few minutes, gently scrub with a soft brush (such as a toothbrush), rinse, and pat dry.
- Stainless Steel/Titanium: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap, then dry completely.
- Leather: Wipe gently with a damp cloth and avoid excessive moisture.
Storing your jewelry
- When not wearing your VELM jewelry, store it in the provided packaging in a dark, dry space.
- To prevent scratches, store each piece separately and ensure it lies flat.
- Avoid placing multiple pieces of jewelry together without protection.
